I’m known as “The Glue” at Griffin Properties. I facilitate fun and laughter as well as creating the budget, setting goals, tracking numbers and plenty of other things behind the scene. Make no mistake, we are running a serious business here and our results are proven.

But…

When not working, I play tennis competitively, enjoy cooking for my family and friends and love to renovate properties. I’m a balance junkie! I have to have creative outlets or I feel lost and disconnected from who I am. I wake up happy and go to bed feeling complete.

I feel extremely fortunate to be in business with such an innovative and forward thinking organization.  As a business owner and entrepreneur in sales and management for the past 30 years, that experience has provided me with the insight needed to work with this talented group of individuals.  I’m not fond of the title “Manager” because it implies that I have to “manage” people and that doesn’t sound fun or creative to me, plus it’s just not needed here. I welcome our associates ideas and the implementation of them, in truth, it make us stronger, more efficient and it unites us.

I believe that talent goes where it’s happy and stays where it’s appreciated. Our family at Griffin Properties just keeps growing and I’m proud to work with such talented and dedicated people.
