My fiance and I really appreciate the hard work Sue put in helping us find the prefect house. She was able to help us close within one month which was one of our main priorities. Chad did an excellent job finding us exactly what we were looking for in a VERY short amount of time. I am also very thankful to Diane for help with, not only, the 333 Benjamin sell, but her advice on the sale of our Allendale home. We couldn't afford to hire a Realtor, but she still met with us, gave us invaluable advice which we followed to a T, and we sold our house FSBO. We appreciated her council very much, so I was at least happy that we could turn around and buy one of her houses!

I can't say enough about Diane and Griffen Properties. I'm from out of state and was in for one weekend. I had a list of properties I wanted to view and she helped me narrow it down to ones she knew I would like. The last one on my list I wasn't sure I wanted to see but she said I really think you'd love this house. Guess which house I bought. Yes the last one. I needed to close very quickly and she coordinated with the mortgage broker and in less then 2 weeks we were closing. Just a wonderful, pleasant and knowledgable person. A great team of professionals My real estate investment company uses Griffin Properties to list and sell our "rehabs/flips". We are a real estate broker and a member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors. We are able to sell properties "in house", but instead we use Diane to sell each listing. They consistently have sold our homes in a short time frame and for higher prices than we are able to produce in house. My guess to their success is that their marketing systems are more effective at attracting buyers, but perhaps most important is their #1 status at Keller Williams. If someone calls KW and asks for the top agent in the area, they are forwarded to Diane's team. The back office is flawless and always on top of things and Diane herself has a great knack for knowing how to keep deals together and reading "the other side". This team is equally comfortable with sellers or buyers.

Excellent! As a first time home buyer, my fiancee and I really had no idea what we were doing. We met with Chad at a local restaurant, and spent an afternoon talking about our tastes and preferences. His knowledge of the area, his expertise with the older homes that we were looking at, and the experience of the entire Griffin Properties team saved us from making an impulse decision several times. In the end, Chad ended up finding us our DREAM HOME. Literally, it was a house that we had driven past a few months prior and sat in front of drooling over, never dreaming that we would actually own it! As a foreclosure it was a confusing process for us, but Chad took the time to walk me through every step and make sure I understood everything that was going on. The best around My wife and I had been dead set on not working with a buyer's agent prior to bumping into Griffin Properties. We called on one of their listings, and after going through that first house with Chad, we were sold. The knowledge of the home, the type of work that needed to go into it, the type of value we could expect from a house on that particular street, the general feel of the neighborhood, and even the names of the people that lived next door was mind boggling. They put up with us for a long time, and showed us a LOT of houses. When something new would hit the market, I'd get a call that morning and see it that afternoon. Everything that we gave them on our hopes and dreams list for our home was matched or exceeded. If you want to get a feel for people that love what they do, drive around with a Griffin rep and watch the people in each neighborhood call out their name and wave.
